This year’s edition of Barcelona’s Grec Festival set its sights on Latin America and, despite the inclemency of COVID-19, which prevented travelling and transoceanic trips, from the Beckett we will look to contribute all the same to this knowledge, through the possibilities offered to us by network communications technologies. It is for this reason that we are proposed a series of in-depth conversations with some Latin-American creators, selected precisely because of their link with what the Grec 2020 should have been. We are doing it hand in hand with some specialised journalists who will enable us a rigorous approach to each of the figures involved.
On Wednesday 22 July, playwright Daniel Veronese will converse with cultural journalist Andreu Gomila at a special meeting that will consist of three parts:
- Introduction by Daniel Veronese regarding his new play Otoño Inviernoand his work process.
- Showing of rehearsals of the play.
- Discussion with Andreu Gomila.
