Five works by some of the newest authors incorporated into the Catalan playwriting scene. All have premiered plays on the professional circuit and are starting to contribute new quality and diversity to the contemporary theatre scene. We will be hearing a lot about them.
Synopsis
In a world full of isolated people, where friendship forms part of an image of the past that is somewhere between utopian and grotesque, loneliness is the main enemy to be beaten.
A company works intensely on the search for a solution to the problem in order to be a pioneer.
But the trial phase is neither simple nor conventional.
Six people, each with all their own peculiarities, will dance and fight around this project that will lead them, through a spiral of chaos and madness, to experience situations that are somewhere between the absurd and the everyday, between tender and pathetic.
But because six is a crowd… we will be doing it with only two actors. And a lot of partying.
Written and directed by Roc Esquius
