The Humanitarian Management of Epidemics (13/07)
New normal, old forms? (20/07)
The COVID-19 epidemic, with its lockdowns and social behaviours and physical distancing are the most anti-theatrical thing we could ever have imagined. It is very difficult to think about the artistic interest of a performing arts event in these conditions. But, beyond these specific circumstances, which we have to hope will be overcome one day soon, the health crisis and the days spent locked up at home have made us think a great deal about what we were doing and about what we would like to do.
We will be asking these questions, with regard to theatre, together with some of the most important heads of performing arts facilities and projects in the country.
With the participation of:
Xavier Albertí (director of the TNC)
Anna Giribet (director of the Tàrrega Theatre Fair)
Juan Carlos Martel (director of the Teatre Lliure)
Magda Puyo (director of the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona)
Salvador Sunyer (director of the Festival Temporada Alta)
Moderator: Toni Casares (director of the Sala Beckett)
