Putting theory into practice: from the idea to the stage
Total hours: 15h
Contact: obrador@salabeckett.cat
This course will be taught in person. If ultimately it is not possible to hold it at the Sala Beckett, it will be cancelled.
Over the course of three days I would like to investigate how an abstract idea is developed with the aim of it appearing on stage and to thus start a theatrical proposal. In other words, we will not start off with a text, but with stage elements such as sound, light and movement. Next, if necessary, we will add text or not. For this we will talk about and put into practice non-textual dramaturgical tools that are used in dance and in contemporary theatre.
