Simon Longman
Simon Longman es un dramaturgo de los West Midlands, Reino Unido. Entre sus obras, destacan (Circle Dreams Around) The Terrible, Terrible Past (National Theatre, Connections); Patient Light (Eastern Angles); Island Town (Paines Plough); Gundog (Royal Court); Rails (TBTL); White Sky (RWCMD/Royal Court); Sparks (Old Red Lion) y Milked (Pentabus Theatre Company). En 2018 obtuvo el 49 Premio George Devine al Dramaturgo Más Prometedor y anteriormente se llevó el Channel 4 Playwrights’ Scheme. Sus obras han sido traducidas y representadas por todo el mundo. Es Artista Asociado a la Kestrel Theatre Company, con la que ha trabajado ampliamente en las prisiones británicas. Es profesor de escritura dramática en la Bath Spa University. Está representado por Howard Gooding de la agencia Judy Daish Associates.
